For years we felt there was something missing for our boxers. We were wondering what it would be like to open an elite boxing gym for dedicated boxers. We felt like we were on a mission to make a better experience for everyone. We know that boxing is the greatest workout in the world. Hands down. No contest. What you put in is what you get out. HARD WORK and DEDICATION is our motto. HARD KNOCKS is our way of life. When your backed into a corner with no way out, you’ll wish you were part of the club.


On a physical level, no other workout delivers more bang for your buck than our boxing programs and trainers. You’ll get stronger, faster, smarter in and out of the ring not to mention; you’ll and have a lot more energy to start your day. We want you to enter the gym excited and leave feeling great. On a mental level, you’ll feel more confident, focused and in control. It will give you fearless mentality, assuring you will be ready for any defeat.


We promise you two things – a tough workout with uphill battles and results. Boxing can be pretty intimidating, especially if you’ve never done it before. We want unveil the whole boxing experience for you. First off, you’re not going to get hit, we do. Secondly, this is going to be the coolest gym you’ve ever been to. It’s like the neighbourhood gym you grew up in. We make sure that everyone knows everyone else working out. So don’t gawk at the other hitting the bag next to you. You may be in the ring with them next round.

Our Boxing fitness classes have been created to test your physical and mental capabilities, self esteem and strengthen your body. We cater to both Orthodox and Southpaw stances, offensive and defensive strategies. You will develop the fundamental skills used by professional boxers. While having a fun time, you’ll learn more about yourself and your surroundings while getting in great shape!




Lace up your gloves and get in the ring with Pro Boxer Mario Perez as he teaches you the fundamentals and advanced sparring techniques. Sparring is only for those who have complete the basic skill of boxing and would like to start a more physical, enduring training regimen (must be registered with Boxing Ontario).




Our Group Boxing classes are the best way to start off any week right. Experienced boxing coaches will push you and your groups fitness to the limits with co-ordinated training circuits.




Take this time for yourself and get to know your physical and mental toughness with our personal training classes with 1 of our professional trainers. Covering the basics to get you up to advanced techniques. Learn how to survive 12 rounds with world class athletes in and out of the ring.
